Building home practice into a regular routine has many benefits. It gives you the opportunity to develop understanding and skill at your own pace and build on what you learn in class. While it is easy to understand why home practice is a good thing, it can be a challenge to make it a part of your day-to-day life. Often it is hard to get started and not knowing how to sequence the practice. Hope that the illustrated 4 sequences for the level 1 and 4 for the level 2 will help you with this task. The Sequences below are designed by the Iyengar Yoga New York and they have given us permission to share them with students at the Northlake Yoga
