Regular workshops

In the Northlake Yoga studio we have regular Monthly mini work shops where the teacher focuses teaching students who has stiffness or pain in their bodies . We also  offer occasional general 2.5 hr long workshops where students deepen their knowledge of their yoga practice in a supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Monthly Mini workshops

This monthly class on Tuesday afternoons is for everyone who suffers from minor injuries, stiffness or pain in their  body. Yoga is a great remedy for various ailments and a tool to manage them better. You will not only improve your wellbeing after the class, but also learn easy ways to help yourself at home. Every month, the practice will be focused on different areas, such as lower back, neck and shoulders, knees and ankles etc.
1.5 hr class, $30/class, max 8 students.
